Through the States

Four days ago my brother, another exchange student from Spain (who was staying with the host family of my brother too at this time), Lefty (the host father of my brother) and me got up at 3 o' clock in the morning to get ready for the long drive to Niagara Falls ( I know this has been a long sentence and I am really sorry for that (No, I'm not) but there was just no other way to say all that (Yes there was!!) ).

Well anyway, just when I entered the car I immediately fell asleep and slept all the way until we reached Niagara Falls Town (1.it's a lie but it just sounds better, you know...2.I hope the town we went to is called like this??!!)
On our whole trip of just 2 days we only stoped about 6 times (Probably you're asking yourselves right now what I am talking about because I said I slept all the time, so actually I shouldn't know that...but as I said it was just a lie letting the trip sound just better...Complictated Sentece System....Anyway..)

So after 12 hours driving and one hour resting we arrived at the City of Niagara Falls.

Okay guys, my first true and serious statement: The Niagara Falls are very beautiful to look at. It doesn't matter what f*cking sh*t I'll tell you next...Always keep that in mind: The Niagara Falls are very beautiful to look at (joke).
So when we got to Niagara Falls, the first thing we did was to enter the boat driving us right into the falls to see them at close range. But when the boat reached the point from where we should have had a beautiful look on (and even into) the Falls...all I saw was WATER!!! I paid 18 USD to see huge amounts of WATER!!! all around me....WATER WATER WATER!!!!

OMG you can feel the heat...

                      It's no covered advertising, I swear.  (No I don't)

It was a feeling I will never forget in my live. It took me a very long time to process the unbelievable...

...fact that I just spent 18USD to see WATER!!! It was just wonderful -
to finally get out of that mental pain. At least the pictures have got nice. Here is another one ....... (18USD!!!)....

... were you can see both sides. The left side of this picture shows the American side of the falls and on the other side of the river (bzw.) on the right side of the picture you can see the skyscrapers of Ontario (Canada). We didn´t cross the border so I can't tell you which side is the better one (It's definitely the American side)
It was unbelievable to watch (referred to the fact I spent 18 USD on that)
and if you imagine how many gallons of water (and US Dollars) pass this falls in one second, you will be impressed no matter from what side you look at it.
By the way ... The water of the Niagara Falls comes from all five great lakes ... Erie, Superior, Michigan, Huron and Ontario (so actually each lake was 3.6 USD..hmm...quite cheap for a lake, isn't it?).
But in the Falls, there 'only' are 25% of all that (expensive) water because otherwise it would just be way too much water and that beautiful (and expensive) landscape would get destroyed.
I loved it (no homo) a lot and I think I ain't gonna forget this trip (and my 18  USD caaaaaash!! :( ) at anytime of my life !

So after a time having been at (and in) the Niagara Falls we decided to drive back to Pennsylvania  because we didn't want to pay the high prizes in the hotels located near the Falls. We were just driving back the highway and taking an exit to stay in a motel when suddenly there appeared a sign (just another not funny lie)

Anyway, unfortunately the motel was full (actually it wasn't but when they saw that there were two black guys in our car they closed their doors for us)

So we went on the other side of the highway, to another motel from the same company - they didn't let us in (they claimed that there was no room but actually there was..you know, I saw it through the window! hehehehe)
One fact: highway motels are expected to have rooms at any time (I said it so it's law). Now you know it. Fine.
So we got back on the highway and went to the next motel (it was about 20 miles away!!!) but that one was full too so ... "What da fu...scinating fact, right???"

It was deep in the night and we still hadn't found any motel to stay in for the (rest of the) night when suddenly a bird came down from a tree and spoke to us: 'Hi, I am the motel guide' He said and smiled. He slowly raised his left huge wing and showed to the horizon. 'Go there and you'll find the answer of the motel-mystery' We looked at each other. There came something up in our eyes. Everyone could see it. It was: Hope. The motel guide bird had given us hope.
After that we found a motel and stayed the night (sleeping like babies). THE END (of that day)

The next day we got up at 6 am. We started it with a nice american breakfast that was supposed to give us the energy needed for the 9 hours of driving to get back home. Well, I didn't really need that energy because if you had looked in the back of our car, you would have seen me going on sleeping like a baby all the time.

BUT the trip had been very amazing and I really appreciate  what Benny's host father did because it had been the 5th time doing that trip for him and this time has been the second time in that month.
But he says he likes driving (although all American people drive soooooo slowly!!!) so it was really fun.

Love u guys. I'm out. (Maybe there will come more other pictures of the NF.. I dunno yet...)

P.S.: There is a big lie well hidden (eh ehm) in this text. Who is able to see through it (almost the same as when looking through a window except the fact that you have no window) and to figure out where I placed it? :P
